Clients will receive an email with login information.

Upon login clients can see project folder(s) – one folder per agreed project. Each folder will contain a read-me.txt file and folders for data at different steps of processing. The read-me.txt file describes the intended content of each folder. In all project folders there are minimum two folders: “data_raw” and “data_support_information”.

We ask clients to transfer their raw sequencing data to the “data_raw” folder. Please upload the data as demultiplex sequencing data. Further, we ask clients to upload a file listing sample IDs of all samples in the project (e.g. a txt, csv, tsv file) and a file with information on used primers to the “data_support_information” folder.
