Conducting a microbiome project include a number of practical considerations.
- Samples must be collected, stored and transported in a way that does not introduce unnecessary bias to the microbial community.
- The samples must be labeled and tracked to avoid any confusion and enable matching of microbiome data with the relevant metadata.
- And data must be shared in a safe and comfortable way.
We have inhouse procedures and guides available to facilitate easy project planning and execution. Please refer to the Information tabs and below text, and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
